Spin-out companies are established in order to efficiently put into practice technology created at the University of Belgrade. They are business entities formed by partners from different fields. A well-known company can enter into partnership in a spin-out company and participate in the exploitation of patents or knowledge resulting from the joint research, keeping at the same time such activities detached from its main business.
