21 July Youth and economy – Reality and the Future of Start-ups in Serbia
Encouraged and motivated by young people in Serbia, their biggest challenges and burning problems, project “Caravan of Youth Entrepreneurship” aimed to inform young people across the country about the opportunities and challenges when starting their own business, encouraging them and motivating them to take the first step.
Event “Youth and Economy – Reality and the Future of Start-ups in Serbia” will mark the completion of this project. The event is going to be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 in the yard of University of Belgrade, starting at 6pm. This event is organized by Youth Business Forum and Serbian Chamber of Commerce, and it is supported by Center for Technology Transfer of University of Belgrade. University of Belgrade is always happy to participate in and support events that aim to promote youth entrepreneurship, since this institution gathers over 100,000 students, whose future should be in entrepreneurship.
The program includes panel discussion and projection of documentary film “Do not wait for opportunities, lets create them together”. The topic of the panel discussion is the current state of youth entrepreneurship in Serbia and what are the big changes that are expected in the future. Young people will have the opportunity to hear in which direction the entrepreneurship of our country will develop. Speakers will be state representatives, representatives of University of Belgrade, successful companies, and entrepreneurs. At the very end of the event guests will have the opportunity to network and enjoy the music.
