19 July Tehnopolis and University of Belgrade- Together for regional innovation ecosystem
Starting from the common goal for promotion, placement and application of scientific results in the market, industry and business, on 17 July 2017 a Protocol on long-term professional, scientific and business cooperation was signed between Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Tehnopolis (Niksic, Montenegro) and University of Belgrade.
University of Belgrade with Center for Technology Transfer that deals with the identification, legal protection and commercialization of intellectual property, is actively working on establishing cooperation with all members of the innovation ecosystem in Serbia, the region and world. Tehnopolis aims to promote the development of entrepreneurship, which will then enable the establishment of new enterprises, job creation and the development of companies based on innovative ideas and technologies. Since both the University of Belgrade and Tehnopolis have common goals, the establishment of this kind of cooperation will help them reach these goals faster and will provide innovators and companies better conditions for development of their ideas.
The protocol was signed by the Rector of the University of Belgrade, prof. dr. Vladimir Bumbaširević and the Executive Director of Tehnopolis, Ratko Bataković, and the signing was attended by Director of the Center for Technology Transfer, dr. Nedeljko Milosavljević, and employees from these two institutions.
We remind you that University of Belgrade also signed the Protocol on Cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce at the beginning of this year.
