04 July Competition for the 100 best innovative technological ideas
This year, too, the Call for the 100 best innovative solutions from ten industrial areas has been opened as part of the International Technology Trade Fair and Release Forum, which will be held from September 23 to 27, 2022 in Beijing. The organizers of this Forum are the International Technology Transfer Network (ITTN), the China Center for International Science and Technology Exchange (CISTE), and the Zhongguancun Science Park.
The spheres in which innovators can offer their solutions are: New ICT of ICT; Innovation in biotechnology and life sciences; Innovation for drugs and health care; High-end medical device; Environmental protection and sustainable development; High-end equipment and smart device; Intelligent industry and high-end processing; New energy; New materials; Modern agriculture.

The Zhongguancun (ZGC) Forum is an initiative of the Chinese government that aims to strengthen the exchange of knowledge, talents and skills, experts and innovative solutions, academics and government representatives. Zhongguancun is considered one of the most important high-tech industrial development zones in China, but also at the world level, where over 10,000 technology companies and research centers are located.
The competition includes three rounds of selection with clearly defined criteria and strategically selected judges and the final round results in ten selected innovative solutions from ten industrial areas. The selected contestants, through the rounds of selection, will have the opportunity to consult with leading experts from the targeted fields, who will provide them with guidelines for the industrialization of ideas, professional instructions for optimization and improvement of technology, as well as proposals for cooperation and application to, above all, at the local level. Numerous investors are included in the selection, who will provide their evaluations and who can invest money in the best ideas, thus providing the participants with initial capital, a chance to generate income, and a sustainable continuation of improving the technological solution. Also, a great advantage of the Forum and the competition itself is the connection with science and technology parks, scientists, and entrepreneurs.
