20 Jan “Digital Process Management” Training
The University of Belgrade organized practical training on “Digital Process Management” on January 18, in cooperation with the Center for Digital Transformation.
The training had an interactive concept, covered by theoretical and practical parts, and was intended for representatives of SMEs, entrepreneurs and representatives of the economy. The training aims to acquaint the participants with the benefits of digitalization and encourage them to introduce digital transformation processes in their daily business in order to maximize the speed of internal processes and make them more efficient.
As part of this training, which Milena Sretić held, the participants got acquainted with the topic of digitalization of internal processes but also got the opportunity to present their software solutions that would facilitate their daily business.
This was the first in a series of training organized and implemented by the University of Belgrade within the activities of the DanubePeerChains project, in which it participates as a project partner.
