10 Feb ”CRM softwares” Training
The University of Belgrade organized practical training on “CRM Softwares” on February 7, in cooperation with the Center for Digital Transformation.
The training had an interactive concept, covered by theoretical and practical parts, and was intended for representatives of SMEs, entrepreneurs and representatives of the economy. The training aims to acquaint the participants with the benefits of digitalization and encourage them to introduce digital transformation processes in their daily business in order to maximize the speed of internal processes and make them more efficient.
As part of this training, which Milena Sretić held, participants were introduced to the process of customer relationship management (CRM), process automation, and digitization of CRM systems in the organization.
This was the last in a series of trainings organized and implemented by the University of Belgrade within the activities of the DanubePeerChains project, in which it participates as a project partner.
