If you had grown tired of the same old chocolate, whether it is black, white, or even milky one, then new innovation coming from the Swiss chocolate factory Barry Callebaut will certainly lift your spirits up!
More than 80 years had passed since we saw the last „new “flavor of chocolate. Swiss company Barry Collebaut, managed to manufacture brand new flavor called „Ruby“. Using new type of cocoa plant and thanks to its pink coloration, the company managed to invent this new product.

Particularly good news for all people out there who have a sweet tooth, is the fact that this new flavor of chocolate will not contain any artificial additives. British chocolate expert Dom Ramsey, pointed out that new and innovative technologies created in Barry Collebaut, made this new flavor possible.
You might ask yourself, why would anyone need this new flavor? The answer might surprise you: millennials !
Millennials are a demographic group of people born from 1981-1998, and it is becoming more and more prominent, as it’s not only entering the workforce, but also it is becoming a large consumer group. Young people, especially millennials , have certain niche demands, which enforces constant innovation. Companies are constantly innovating their business and practices in order to meet millennials demands.
Unfortunately, we will have to wait at least until the end of 2018 in order to try out this new flavor of chocolate. It is expected that it will hit the shelves of every store worldwide by then.
